Lemon Jell-O Delight with Grapes

With several years of marketing experience, as well as owning her own bakery, Lilian provides companies with an entire food experience. She was kind enough to share a dessert recipe:

Lemon Jell-O Delight with Grapes

Ingredients

4 3-ounce boxes lemon Jell-O 

5 cups water

1 14-ounce can condensed milk

1 bunch green seedless grapes 

1 bunch red seedless grapes 

 Mint leaves

 Blueberries and green grape halves for decor 

Directions

1. In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

2. Dissolve 2 boxes of Jell-O in boiling water. Set aside.

3. Pour another 2 cups of water in pan. Bring to a boil. Dissolve remaining 2 boxes of Jell-O in boiling water. Add 1 cup of cold water.

4. Allow both mixes to reach room temperature, about 50 minutes.

5. Add condensed milk to one of the mixtures.

6. Pour this creamy mixture in a cup and refrigerate for 10 minutes. In a 9-inch springform pan, spread the thicker creamy mixture to “seal” the edges of the pan. 

7. Place the pan in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken. 

8. Pour the creamy mixture to finish the first layer. Refrigerate until completely firm.

9. Pile the grapes, green on one side, red on the other. 

10.  Pour 1 cup of the yellow mixture carefully. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

11. Add mint leaves on top, and pour the rest of the yellow mixture. 

12. Refrigerate overnight. 

13. Set the springform pan on a plate. Use extra grapes and blueberries for decoration. Enjoy!
