Dirk Nowitzki’s 2018 Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game

If you want to see celebrities play bad baseball, you have to check out Dirk Nowitzki’s 2018 Heroes Celebrity Baseball Game. Presented by Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, the game will be held at the Dr. Pepper Ballpark on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 7 P.M. Tickets are on sale for $9, $18, and $23 at TicketReturn or at the Dr. Pepper Ballpark during office hours. All the proceeds will go to the Heroes Foundation and the Dirk Nowitzki Foundation.

Father’s Day Train Excursion

This Father’s Day, treat dad to a unique experience aboard the authentic early 1920’s Victoria-style coaches and experience train travel as it was in the glory days of the expanding West. On the 1 p.m. Fort Worth Stockyards excursion and 2:45 p.m. Trinity River Ride, there will be a drawing for one lucky dad to win a Father’s Day gift.

UNT Campus Heading to Frisco!

Our Mayor Jeff Cheney has made a deal with University of North Texas President, Neal Smatresk to make a UNT Frisco campus become a reality. The vibrant Frisco campus that will be centered around Preston Road and Panther Creek will offer both bachelor and graduate degree programs, with focuses on A.I., VR Robotics, eSports and Big Data. Exciting!
