Happy New Year! 2

Happy New Year! It’s officially t-minus two more years until a new decade (time fly’s, doesn’t it?) Instead of a new year’s resolution this year, (which statistics show that a whopping 8% of Americans actually keep), maybe try making and setting personal goals? Breaking goals down into weekly, then monthly goals can help keep you on track and organized. What do you want to make your goal this year? Is it working on your fitness? Traveling more? Reading more books? Don’t just keep your goals to yourself. Tell others about them. Write them down; I have found that these practices will help you hold yourself more accountable for them. It will make your goals seem more “real”.

Year after year, wellness and fitness seems to be the most popular area people want to work on and make changes. In this edition, Frisco fitness trainer and instructor, Melissa Jones will break down some of the latest and greatest fitness moves you can incorporate to achieve the best results. She will explain some of the ways fitness has evolved and give demonstrations you can follow on your own.

We’ve all heard the common phrase, “you are what you eat.” but do you know your nutrition planning can go hand-in-hand with your DNA makeup? This edition will cover this new trending topic, along with several other newbies you probably haven’t heard of.

As our community continues to grow, more homes become available to purchase in our wonderful city. In this edition we cover an Open House presented by The Stacey Feltman Group in the beautiful bustling community of Hollyhock. The Stacey Feltman Group is one of Frisco’s prominent real estate groups that offer purchasing/selling of luxury homes.

No matter what your goals are this year, we wish you the best in working towards, and achieving them. You’ve got this!
