The year is in full swing now. Spring time can remind us of renewal, a time to reflect and to blossom into an even better state. As you look at this year so far, ask the question, how have you tried to help someone else? Maybe you have volunteered at your child’s school? A non-profit organization? Just remember, any way you are “paying it forward”, you help this community flourish.
In this edition, you will learn about some wonderful heroes of our community who work with the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County. Our children are indeed our future, and as you will learn, this center allows even the least fortunate to get a chance to become the shining stars that they are.
Spring time means planting, gardening, and the the like, which gives us nourishment. Several farm-to-table establishments here in Frisco offer some of the most palatable dining our city has to offer and will be discussed in this edition.
Lend a hand to your fellow neighbor, volunteer at a children’s school, or even buy that patron in front of you their cup of coffee today. A good thing to stop and ask yourself is, How have I paid it forward so far this year? Always remember, it’s never too late to start now.
Have a wonderful spring, Frisco.
